Refund Policy:
All meeting registration are considered final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations, regardless of the reason, including changes in scheduling, attendee availability, or any other circumstances.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your meeting registration, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds are not available, we may be able to assist you in rescheduling your meeting for a later date, subject to availability.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend a scheduled meeting without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the registration fee. We reserve the right to charge the full registration amount for no-shows.
